My siblings and I didn't have the typical start to life. We had very little human interaction when we were young, so when we first arrived at Orphans of the Storm, people were a scary and unfamiliar thing.
Since then, we've made so much progress! With patience, gentle encouragement, treats, toys, and lots of positive experiences, we've started to realize that people can be pretty great.
We're hoping to find a family that will meet us where we are and continue building on all the progress we've made. We'll need time, patience, and positive experiences as we gain confidence and learn that new people, places, and everyday puppy adventures aren't so scary. The trust we give may have to be earned, but once we feel safe, we're ready to keep blossoming into the dogs we're meant to be.
If you're willing to celebrate the little victories and let us learn at our own pace, we know we'll reward you with a lifetime of love, trust, and companionship.
