In the home, Betsy is fully housebroken, affectionate, and loves being near her people — she’ll rest by your feet, follow you from room to room, and lean in for reassurance — but she’s not a cuddler who wants to be scooped up or smothered. She shows love in her own thoughtful, gentle way.
She can be sensitive to changes or overstimulating moments, and may vocalize a little when she’s unsure. But with routine, a quiet place to relax, and someone who understands the softer side of shepherds, she settles in beautifully and becomes a wonderful companion. She’s also very easy to walk — steady on leash and happy to take in the world at a comfortable pace.
