Harvey is a total sweetie! He is full of life, enjoys attention, and seems interested in being with other dogs. Harvey is well-behaved for his age but would benefit from basic obedience classes. He is very attentive and treat-motivated and seems like he will be easy to train. Harvey recently attended an offsite event where he did well with everyone he met. He still has puppy energy and would do well in an active home with a friend to play with.
