Poor Charlotte finds life at the shelter to be overwhelming, and we can't blame her. She is quite shy and shutdown at the shelter, but has attended offsite events where she really blossoms. She loves everyone she meets and enjoys the company of other dogs. She is incredibly smart, eager to learn, and has picked up a few basic commands like sit and down.
