Blue will do more than make you smile, he will light up your life with joy. Blue loves people and will wiggle with excitement when he sees you. Blue recently went on a field trip with a volunteer and they said, "He was very well behaved in the car and loved putting his head out window. At the forest preserve, he loved exploring, walked past people with no problem and ignored a little dog barking at him. Blue sits nicely for treats and takes them gently. Blue enjoyed his fries and burger, which he ate surprisingly slowly . Very smart boy who knows how to enjoy his food. On the trip back, he laid by his friend in the car and enjoyed being close to her for pets." At our Hawthorn location, he was great meeting people of all ages. He can just get a little extra excited and jump up, but, with a little love, patience, and some basic training, he'd do great! And, because he's food motivated, it makes training a lot easier! Blue is always excited about life, but he does have a chill factor that a lot of people don't get to see--- he loves to lay on soft, cushy beds while he rests his head in your lap. He's such a love and has waited far too long to find his family. Come meet him!
