Cesar is super affectionate and snuggly. He loves to give doggy hugs and doggy kisses and will put his front paws in your lap to get as close to you as possible. Cesar will also happily join you on the couch while you read or watch TV. He can be strong on the leash when he wants to be and follows his nose very seriously, but otherwise is a nice walking companion.
