Meet Miss Winter. She is a petite little girl who has a sweet, gentle soul. She was surrendered by her owners who, shall we say did not understand the importance of spaying and neutering and found themselves literally with a huge group of dogs. So many dogs that they don't even have names. The good news is, not only does this pretty little girl have a name, but she is spayed and had a foster home that absolutely adored her. Winter got along well with the resident dogs and cat. She is super friendly and LOVES to snuggle!
