“We are so thankful to you for helping us find our two wonderful additions to our family. They were so scared when they first came to us and would always hide. But soon they started joining us and became more and more a part of this family.

“Shera, our little princess, came to Orphans of the Storm from a family whose loved one had passed away and could not take care of her. She loves her throne at the top of the bed under a lamp. She loves to sit and get her long hair brushed. She also comes into the bathroom and likes to play with the water dripping from the faucet.

“Astrid was found as a stray. She has warmed up so much since coming home with us. She is truly a kitten at heart. She loves to bat at and chase my children’s toy cars and her other toys around the room. She runs up to us to get her loving and pets. She ping-pongs from one person in the family to another so she can maximize her petting time.

“Thanks again for all the wonderful things you do to help families find their perfect animals. We will always have a warm place in our hearts for all of you. Keep up the good work so every animal can find a home.”
