Ivy is a petite gal with a huge heart full of love and a mind that’s always ready to learn. She can be shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience, she quickly warms up and becomes a total cuddle bug. Once she trusts you, she’ll happily curl up in your lap, soaking in all the love and affection you have to give.
As a true herding breed, Ivy is energetic, intelligent, and eager to stay busy. She thrives on mental and physical exercise, whether it’s playing fetch, tug-of-war, or chasing her beloved herding ball. She’s incredibly smart and picks up commands in minutes, making training a fun and rewarding experience.
While Ivy adores her people, she struggles in a home with children. Their sudden movements and loud noises make her anxious. Because of this, she needs a calm, adult-only home where she can feel safe and comfortable. She’s house-trained, enjoys spending time outside, and loves being around her trusted humans.
She’s ready to find a family that understands her needs and will give her the love, patience, and structure she deserves! Come meet her!
