Harley

photo of Harley

Harley was adopted from Orphans as a puppy. Her family no longer has time for her, but they said she was a wonderful family dog. Harley came to the shelter because her owners could no longer take care of her, but that means she already has a lifetime of experience as a family pet. Harley is housebroken and walks nicely on the leash. Overall, she seems like a happy, mellow girl–who would be even happier back in a home! Harley wasn’t feeling overly playful when we were in the off-leash run, but she did sniff all of the toys that were there and wagged her tail at them. Harley gives nice doggy kisses and will happily stand next to you while you pet her. She didn’t pay any attention to the dogs on the other side of the fence and seemed to just like meandering and exploring. Stop in soon to see if Harley is the one for you! Get acquainted with this dog off leash in one of our family run areas. Most dogs will need to run off some energy before they settle down and get acquainted with you. Thanks! (from Amy`s blog)
