Rachel loves people so, so much. Meet her once, and she will greet you like her best friend forever after. Rachel has one of the most waggy tails and she particularly loves getting her hips and sides scratched. She does a little dance and looks at you with a big doggy smile. Rachel is a nice walking companion, and she participates in play groups where she is getting more comfortable with the other dogs each time.
