Harper is a very sweet and loving dog. She just needs the right people and set of circumstances for her personality to come out and shine! When Harper trusts someone, she is very warm and affectionate towards them. She just requires some extra patience and time to build up her confidence. Harper loves taking treats and giving hand kisses to everyone so you can tell that she really would like the companionship and love of a new family! Unfortunately, Harper finds the shelter overwhelming and it is just not the right environment to work on building confidence in a timid dog. She is truly a great dog and it will be well worth the effort for someone who has some extra time and patience to work with this sweet and deserving girl!
