Meet Julio, who everyone calls Meatball or Meat for short! Julio is energetic, playful, house-broken, and kennel-trained. When he was in a foster home, he slept in his bed every night with the kennel door open, asking for visitors to stop by during the night. Julio loved going for jogs, but also enjoyed laying in his leather chair to watch squirrels and birds. Julio's foster family says: "Julio's a ham for attention. He is the king of leaning his way into a hug or a cuddle. Julio is great on the leash and doesn't react to other dogs but prefers his home to be calm." We think Julio would do best in a home with someone who is looking for an active dog to go on adventures with. Other fun facts about Julio are: he loves tug-of-war, jerky treats, and mid-day naps.
