Howie is a real cutie! He's always excited to come out of his kennel, but settles down almost immediately and is a pretty good walking buddy. Sometimes he isn't in the mood for long walks, though, and will plop down on the ground to let you know he's ready to go back. Howie especially enjoys neck scratches and will look up at you with a happy doggy smile when you start scratching the right spot.
