Hello friend, I'm Tulip! I love to run and play with all of my friends, both canine and human. I have so much fun romping around in the play yard with all of the other dogs! I came to Orphans of the Storm from Chicago Animal Care and Control with a few of my friends. Life seems fun here, but I bet it would be even better if I had a home to call my own and people of my very own to play with and give kisses to whenever I want!
