Decker is a Decker Rat Terrier, which are larger than the average size rat terriers. He's a very friendly boy who is typical terrier and loves to be on the go. He's intelligent and eager to please. He's good with people and other dogs. Really good boy. Capable of climbing a chain link fence...he was a stray when we found him...perhaps that is how he got here.
