Adult-only Home, Shy

Dixie came to us as an owner relinquish with her sisters Trixie and Harriett. She is litterbox trained and gets along well with other cats. She never bit while in their care. She is extremely shy but she can be very sweet with her people once she is comfortable with them. It will take her longer to open up and show her true sweet self. Her ideal home would be with someone who can help her learn to trust humans and work on her confidence a bit. She will need extra time to adjust into a home. Patience is key with this one. She does love to "talk" and she loves to listen to all of your secrets! We think she would do very well in a home with another cat....she is very comfortable and cuddles up with them.
